He adopted you and I, after all!
We are Jesus' brothers and sisters!
God is our Dad!
I never realized before,
never fully comprehended--
until we brought Mia home.
Until I held her in my arms.
There is no difference
in the love I feel for her
and the love I feel for the children
I gave birth to--
the children that have my genes,
my DNA.
So, I realize now,
that there's no difference
in the love that God feels
for me and for you
and the love that He feels
for His Son, Jesus.
If we could all comprehend that,
this world would be a better place.
